Between August 15 and June 15 (autumn, winter, spring) every year, Circle V Ranch Camp welcomes any non-profit organization from 45 to 150 people of all ages. Circle V is ideal for school, church and recovery groups for retreats, workshops, seminars and training sessions.

Our Retreat Center dining space serves a wide range of groups and creates a versatile dining experience. We serve most of our meals "family style" incorporating serving our delicious meals inside our Chef’s Kitchen, just steps from where it was prepared. The intimacy of the "Chuck House" lends itself to group connections at round tables or on its 8 foot tables throughout.

How to prepare for a Retreat?
It may be hot or cold, muddy or rainy when you arrive at camp, so be ready for anything. (Please check the weather forecast on our homepage to check on the temperature and conditions at camp.)
The Essentials:
- Luggage should be clearly labeled with your name
- Sleeping bag, sheet and pillow.
- Bath towel
- Flashlight: Please be sure to label the flashlight and bring extra batteries.
- General toiletries: soap, toothbrush, shampoo, chap-stick, sunscreen and sandals for shower
- Clothing, jacket/sweater and close toed shoes. (Always be ready to layer for the change of temperature throughout the day, always be prepared with a second pair of shoes.
- Insect repellent Please Note: (all items should be labeled with your name, phone number, and group name.)
Please do not bring these items:
- Weapons, such as knives or any other item designed to hurt someone
- Air Soft Guns
- Pets/All Animals
- Please, please avoid heartache, do not bring anything that is irreplaceable
